“BEST BURRITOS AROUND!!!!!! I been eating at Mexican spots my whole life, I grew up here in Oceanside. Roberto’s, Toes, Alberto’s, you name it I’ve been there. NOTHING COMPARES TO THIS PLACE. (California burritos) Soft FRESH Tortillas, no hard pieces. Comes Automatically with guacamole and sour cream, YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR IT!!!!! But the most important thing is the burrito is BOMB!!!!!!!! The best. Don’t believe me? TRY IT”

“We got chile relleno, a tamale combo plate, chicken tortilla soup, and carne asada burrito (me). The carne asada was FANTASTIC! The meat was tender and well marinated! Wasn’t filled with beans and rice like some places. Generous portions of sour cream and guacamole too! My sister and brother in law loved their food too! I got a ton of pastries and cookies to go and couldn’t believe the great price! I’ll come back and recommend to everyone!!”

“I had been here once before years ago and forgot how good the food is until now. We went for breakfast and everything was delicious- Nopales burrito, huevos ranchers, and chiliquiles. Of course we had to bring home bakery goods- gigantic muffins, danishes, mini bundt cakes, apple popover, cookies, loaves of bread, traditional Mexican pan dulce and more. So hard to decide!!! This is my new weekend place!”

“First time customer-clean, comfortable restaurant and bakery. Good selection of baked goods, friendly staff. We bought some baked treats, then ordered a shredded beef taco and nachos with beef-both were tasty!”

“We love to take a morning walk through the mission and then stop here for a nice breakfast….and a pastry! They have put in more outdoor seating which is great in this time of social distancing. We’ve always gotten excellent service and the food is good. I love the Spanish omelette. Afterwards their chocolate cookies and pecan rolls are AMAZING. Don’t miss the empanadas de calabaza (pumpkin turnovers) either!”

“Got bakery items. The chocolate gluten free cookies are delicious and do not taste gluten free at all. The frosted cookies had flower designs which were beautiful and my friends said they were also delicious. The flan was great, and some said the flan wasn't as sweet as other places, and they liked it that way.”
